Shipping Methods & Cost

All orders are shipped within Greece with a partner company Courier and deliveries are made daily Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 17:00. 

The products will be ready for shipment within the day of the order provided that the products you ordered are available in stock, or otherwise always under the same reservation, will be ready within the next business day.

In order to complete the provision of the Service, you consent to the disclosure of your necessary information to the above company (name, address, telephone), in order to complete the delivery.

In case the information you entered in the form is not correct, the Company does not bear any responsibility for non-delivery.

Ownership of the product is transferred after full payment of the product.

Orders are shipped in 1-5 working days within Attica and the rest of Greece. Inaccessible areas are excluded where 5-7 working days are needed.

For orders worth 60€ and over, shipping is Free in Greece.

For orders under 60€, the shipping cost for Greece is 1.5€ and the cash on delivery costs 2€ per shipment.


Product Returns & Changes.

The goal of Bianco e Nero is satisfied customers. However, if the user wishes to change or return a product, he has the right to do so within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt, provided that the return is made with the cooperating courier company. For hygiene reasons our company does not accept returns on leggings and jewelry, unless they are defective.

Your return will be accepted as long as the product (s) are in their original condition and the special markings (eg protectors, tabs, labels) have not been removed and the return package includes the corresponding Receipt.

The user is obliged to try the product he bought without removing the tab, otherwise it is considered that the product is not in the same condition in which it was delivered and is not accepted.

If all the above conditions are met, Bianco e Nero is obliged to replace the product with any other item desired by the customer. Returns of products are made at the current price of each item on the date of receipt at Bianco e Nero by Courier.

In case of change, the return is made exclusively with the cooperating Courier company and at the expense of the sender. Once the products are received and checked, our company will proceed with the change. The fixed change charge is 5€. 

In case of return - cancellation of the order, the return is made exclusively with the partner company Courier and at the expense of the sender. Inside your parcel you must attach a form stating iban, the bank name and the name of the beneficiary. If the product is returned with the retail receipt and checked, the net cost of the product will be refunded with a reduction of 7€ through a bank.

Defective products

In cases where, through proven fault of Bianco e Nero, defective products were sold or by mistake in the receipt of the order, in the invoicing, in the shipment, damaged during transport, with poor packaging, etc. then takes full responsibility for the replacement, return costs, and shipping costs.

The terms of return remain the same as above.
