1) Returns of products are accepted within 15 working days from the date indicated on the sales document.
2) The product must be in its original packaging and not used.
3) No changes are made to Bianco e Nero products unless your order is incorrect or the product is defective.
1) If you are close to our store, you can visit the store and after the condition of the product is checked by the competent employee, the product will be credited or the paid amount will be refunded.
2) If you receive through a courier company Fill in the online Return Form in which you give us the reason and the way in which you wish to resolve the financial issue, which you will find in the section "my account" by reviewing your order. Repack the product so that it is protected during shipment and place it in its original bag. Call the relevant courier agency from which you received your order, to request a receipt.
Finally, send the parcel, at the expense of the Returns Department. Please note that return costs are borne by the customer unless the order is incorrect or the product is defective.
